Counter Strike

I am Mieke, 25 year old, sharing an apartment in Gent (a lovely town in Belgium) with my boyfriend and two cats.

I'm an archaeologist, which means I don't dig dinosaurs. I do dig and I love to dig, but for once and for all: we're the ones interested in the material remains of the human past. (The dino-dudes are paleontologists.) My main interests are the Bronze and Iron age, but I haven't got a huge dislike towards any other ages.

When I'm not digging in the dirt I try my best to play cello, read some books and comics (but not as much as I want to), travel, listen to music and go to gigs, take pictures, waste time on the internet, hang out with friends, play board/pc/wii games, watch movies, etc.
